ring in the new!

christmas has come and gone and we are into 2009 already. can you believe that? we had an awesome christmas, nice and relaxed and spent all of new year's day in our pj's...it was great! here are some of the festivities, we didn't do too well at the picture taking, but you know how that goes....

this is our little santa this year. every year one of the kids has worn a santa suit. luckily we just keep them and pass them down, this year was ethan's turn. can you believe his eyes have turned green? when/how did that happen!? they were blue for 2 years!

we did books and necessities this year, here is the haul, the boys loved it!

every year my grandparents make the boys a hat. ethan was less than thrilled about his and after we took the picture we noticed he looked a bit like an angry elf!

even our first child got decked out for the holidays and she was none too happy about it!

this is what became of our family picture this christmas. no matter how we tried we just couldn't do one that worked. the 2 i did get that are good have major red eye and touch ups needed. i will post it if i get that ambitious and fix it. until then, hope you and yours enjoyed a very merry christmas!!!!
